according to The Wall Street Journal, Visa is buying a Swedish Fintech and gaining a foothold in Open Banking. About a two minute read.

Comment: we first started talking about Visa and Fintech way back in May of 2019, and what I said back then is increasingly true: Visa is buying Fintech. All of it. Any Fintech with IP should be careful, Visa might make you an offer you can’t refuse. They have been on a total multi-billion dollar acquisition binge.
