Comment: While The EU does lay down very, very influential tech regulation e.g., GDPR, AMLD5, it’s not clear how much control they can exert over AI. To me this seems a continuation of the media’s hysteria over ChatGPT. And something most seem to miss — tech moves in fits and spurts. 2022 brought us several sharp advances, its reasonable to expect a lull in 2023.
