Texas Banks and Crypto custody

Comment: welcome news, but note this is a state level decision. There still isn’t strong Federal guidance in place yet. As an American I can say (you can’t) what a mess. The Feds really have to move and rapidly. But I suspect they won’t. Oh and I’m Trezor guy but, truth be told, I wouldn’t mind paying an intermediary to hold my BTC. Presently its parked on Trezors stored in my safe deposit box.
