Pay cuts at Goldman, blame the Bots!!

And finally, shed a tear for staff at Goldman Sachs, who have been informed their pay is not going up, but down.  When asked why, management blamed Bots, who apparently not only work harder and longer than people, but, rather insultingly, also are cheaper.  About a two-minute read.  

Comment: This isn’t new and is something I’ve observed since starting my career on Wall Street in the late 1980s. Solution: study, retrain, learn new skills and make yourself useful. In the past if you got too comfortable in your niche another person would kick you out.  Now a Bot will kick you out. Keep on learning!!
