Revolut needs a UK license

Comment: it’s amazing how many people I know who use Revolut but don’t realise it isn’t really a bank; they are offshore and, as the article notes, not licensed to conduct banking business in The UK. Doesn’t stop people from using the product, so why not get a license and increase user count? Doesn’t make sense.
