Comment: this is bigger than might appear at the outset; using NFTs as a mechanism to track title is a superb application, showing clear potential beyond pictures of apes (I can say that and you can’t because I make and sell NFTs on OpenSea). I have a housing business and don’t see why Conveyancing takes so long, and is such a new and unique process for each property purchase. NFTs and blockchain are the future.
