Comment: in The City of London presently there is a signifiant talent war presently, all banks and financial institutions competing to attract a very small pool of qualified staff. Over the past two months I’ve been helping one of my Investment Banking clients recruit staff, and pay packages are amazingly large. We’re seeing six people at day, two times a week, and it is very very tough to find qualified staff.
