Comment: when I was running Moody’s European Consulting biz we had both staff and clients in Edinburgh and I spent lots of time there. Wonderful town, very nice people but even back then recruitment was tough, so I’m not surprised to learn the market has tightened. Same problem everywhere so go figure.
