Comment: Ok, I read this as yet another indication that cryptocurrencies are mainstream, or pretty close to it. And woe upon those entities who just registered trademark in The US — voice of experience here, you’re looking at perhaps three years until resolution. The UK (I have trademarks in both The US and The UK) is very fast, about six weeks. Still, a mess that didn’t have to happen. I trademark my IP; everyone should.
