Comment: several US banks offer these services; and consumers who adopt the service are very happy. As these banks are entering The UK market (hello Bank of America!), its likely we’ll be hearing more about Conversational Banking in the UK soon. And that’s ok — I’d rather have a Bot deal with my problem immediately than wait on hold for a person to deal with it.
