Comment: CFTC was long rumoured to making a play for Bitcoin regulation. But Ethereum is news to me, I’d be willing to bet this won’t come to fruition. I bet SEC will have oversight of Ethereum and the other 20K alt-coins. NFTs, it seems, are still up in the air, but someone should be putting some regs into that space.
