Comment: I’m not a Solicitor in The US (but my sister is); this strikes me as a loss already. Anytime you go to court both parties have lost, on some level. It’s just a question of how much has been lost. I’d say Coinbase is the net loser here. SEC is the house and the house always wins, in US Federal Court.
