Comment: it’s not really clear if they are just keeping out of sight while their fund clears bankruptcy, or if they are genuinely avoiding creditors. Unless there was wrong doing, it wouldn’t make any sense to avoid creditors. So that sorta makes some folks suspicious. But still, I’d say give them the benefit of doubt.
