Comment: the sector was totally unregulated for too long, given its explosive growth. Now I’m not commenting on Do Kwon, however there were and still are a very, very large number of bad players in this space, and given the damage done SEC is reacting. Perhaps overreacting, in this case. But regardless, regulation is not coming to Crypto, it is already here.
