Comment: again we see the lack of firm regulatory clarity is leading to a significant waste of time and resources in drawn out court actions. When will The US finally get its regulatory act together? Some say only when the current SEC Chairman leaves.

Full disclosure: when the case was first filed I watched Ripple crash in 2021; at one point it was trading at 0.22 so, doing what I do — I built a very large position. That trade has done rather well, and I’m holding as I expect it to do better over time.
