Comment: I’m not surprised, I own property in Decentraland and have seen the entire valuation cycle — low to high and back to low — but noticed both the agents and sellers are very casual about transactions. I compare these deals to ones I’ve done in The Physical World where intermediaries and vendors are much, much more concerned about KYC and AML. I bet a regulatory crackdown is coming as land prices in The Metaverse start to cycle back up again.
